Today was my first time pole dancing with Merci Pole. Her passion for this sport is amazing! She supports you so much and helps you not to feel bad if it doesn't work out right away. And guys, pole dancing is not the same as stripping! It's so incredibly exhausting, just the coordination of strength and flexibility.
